I've just got an email saying my order is despatched, and it was for three gift sets of wine and two gifts sets of port. All discounts have come off and I hadn't added anything else to the order.

I think that too many moneysavers ordering from M&S has overwhelmed their picking and dispatching operation!

They probably had to call people in for overtime due to the sheer volume of orders :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

The 3 for 2 offer on the cotton sets that I ordered ended up with only part of the order being sent, the out of stock items have been cancelled, so there is hope that part orders may get sent even if some things are out of stock. I'm hoping anyway.

Mine status hasn't changed at all, still says not yet despatched for the whole order.

Stangely, the 10% discount seems to give you more than the 12.5% one. The 10% comes off the full price before any discounts, God knows what the 12.5% does, but it works out at about 7% of the total order..or it does for me anyway.

To apply the codes & see your discounts you need to go to the checkout page. You can then either fill in your card details & it will take you to a confirmation page showing the discounts before final checkout, or, you can just put in the codes , click continue, & it should take you back to your basket showing all your discounts.
