Ignore me if you are already aware Hethmar but the glitch has now been fixed (it was taking an extra 25% off with the 50% and then with discount codes it was bringing the price down very low yesterday morning.)

So now the items that are left are just showing the normal 50% discount as you say

anyone with festive fizz in their order had a despatch email?

By the looks of it i don't think M&S have any set method of sifting through orders it can't be 1st come 1st served because i put my order in at about 2.30am when the glitch 1st came out and i have 1 order that says dispatched and the other 2 have had the same not yet dispatched status since yesterday morning. I did ring and the lady did say that my other 2 orders were confirmed so alls looking good.

What happened is that you could get 75% off alcoholic items before, 25% from a food promotion and 50% from the gifts promotion, the original price of that set was still £9.50, but you could get it even cheaper at the time, now its only 50% off.

No they don't appear to have - customer service don't seem to be able to explain how the orders are picked either
It does appear quite random!
