M&S price glitch: 75% off alcohol gifts!

LOL EXACTLY!!! I hate to be cynical but I even said to the sales assistant it was obvious that the home delivery depot were going to say ALL items were destroyed just to keep them for themselves! She laughed and said she could not comment on that :eek: but it's true! If M&S tell the depot to dispose of items destroyed they are hardly going to dump all items which did not get smashed..

I am gutted I did not get my order as I bought at 2am the morning it was posted none of them are in stock now.

Hello fellow M&S glitchers. Sorry I have been awol. Im just waiting for the beer from OHs order now, 1 random set arrived but still waiting on the ones for my bils! They now say despatching soon. :j My order has gone up by over £2 though.

As a MSE novice I'm just after some advice on my m&s delivery.
I orderd 3 of the beer gift sets on 4/12/09 for £12.45.
Got email on 8/12 stating despatched.
This morning I have an email saying refunded £10.12 for all 3 stating customer return.
I checked on HDN and they say they delivered the item on 11/12/09 which is not true as I haven't clapped eyes on the beer!!!!.
Its too early to ring but should sit tight and wait and see as maybe just maybe I will still recvieve it or give them an earful as to why I haven't had full refund.

Get on the phone to M&S or email them via the website....there is a contact us button. They are v.helpful unlike HDN who dont care if u get ur order or not!

Afterall that with cancellations then i get £15 free added to my account, its now disappeared so i cant spend it :rolleyes:

Now i have email from someone high up in m&s saying hes happy to honour the items at original charge etc.. plenty of hoops to go through as cant reinstate my order, I have to reorder lol but theres now hardly anything left lol way he said is me order it all at full price and m&s send a cheque, bit weird. But like i say i cant order if now its all sold out hmmmm

Thanks to the OP. Mine arrived at the weekend - only thing that was damaged was the box for the beer but i can forgive M&S for that

Probably the best bargain i've ever had. I didnt notice all the wine offers - ah well, i just hope my family likes whiskey as thats all they're getting for christmas

Well I rang customer services and it appears that my parcel was damaged at the depot so never got to me,hence the refund.Shame M&S couldn't let me know.
Oh and the cheeky beggars kept their delivery charge:eek: while I got nothing!!!!
