OH MY GOD ...................
Just had a parcel delivered from Marks and spencers
It was a wooden box with 2 bottles of wine in it as well as a drip ring and a pourer .
The glass bit was smashed so i took the bottles out .
The white wine had been opened and drunk and put back
My hubbie and i were gobsmacked
there was half left in the bottle

Mine arrived today, it had been split into two orders therefore I paid only £2.50 for this delivery and the next one will be a £1.
I got -

• 1 Qty Ports & Mints Selection Set
• 1 Qty After Dinner Selection Set
• 1 Qty Whisky Selection & Glass Set
• 2 Qty Whisky & Water Jug

Really happy with this, if the rest doesn't arrive, I won't mind. Thanks very much OP. Some of my xmas shopping sorted.

Yes finally after my order being on the van for 4 days I have finally received it!!! Yeyyyy!!

Unfortunately the cocktail glass set was broken but everything else all intact and wrapped in bubble wrap.

Have you phoned customer services on the broken glass ??
mine was worse , it turned up with the front of the box all smashed and the white wine bottle had been drunk and they kindly left me half in it :eek:

OMG :eek: what a cheek!!
I have emailed M&S but feel abit cheeky doing so as I have had a mare this week with emailing back and forward to find out what was happening with the delivery and they refunded my delivery charge!

Hope u have contacted them about ur wine.

They have emailed me and refunded me for the cocktail set. I told them that I didnt want a replacement......not gonna wait another 4 days while the driver has my stuff on his van!!

Rec'd 8 whiskeys, 4 cocktail set and port/brandy set all for £3.50.All in perfect condition.
Definitely my best bargain this year.:j
