got home last night and 9 boxes of whisky .lol thats 3 orders delivered due from 14th and waiting of one small one now.lol evenmore strange i also got someones else small order as well so more stuff tho i dont drink fizzy stuff. 50 water jugs lol and enough wood boxes to have a nice little fire. lol only 2 orders tracked with quidco and feel cheated. lol

I'm in North Lancs, delivery is from HDN in Blackburn and I already have despatch notes for two orders with 11th and 14th estimated delivery dates. So perhaps they're being despatched from different locations who have different stock levels rather than just one location?

Mind you I did read that some people had received orders before their despatch status had even changed online.

at 2.46am this morning my parcel was recieved at the depot! Hopefully should be here today!!

I ordered 1 Port & Mint set and 1 whisky & glass set plus a necklace, original delivery date was 8th but this morning got an email saying that they were oos of the port and the other items will be delayed until 15th - 20th

I've just cancelled my order as they were for gifts that needed to be posted. Well done to those that got their orders though.

my order details havent changed since day one and have been estimated delivery for the 14th december.

Just checked bank account and money for mine was taken yesterday. Delivery today as was tracked last night with HDN as being picked at their sorting office.

I had my order yesterday I had ordered 3 whisky sets and 1 port, I paid £3.50, but the port set was broken I rang to tell them (hubby thought I was mad as it hadn't really cost me anything but I said what have i got to lose by ringing) anyway a very nice lady said they were out of stock now so couldn't replace it, she had a look at my order and said you had it on promotion I will have to speak to a supervisor, she came back and said they would credit my account by £10, amazing hands up to M&S what a great service:j

I have recieved an email saying my order will be sent in 2 deliveries but has now been put back till the 10th december with delivery epected within 10 days

So i logged into my account and this was at the top of the order page, what does it mean.
I cant find anywhere to add another card, i cant see why there was a problem with my original card i use it everywhere all the time.

Well of the three items I ordered two have now been cancelled as they are out of stock and my delivery estimate has changed from the 8th to the 20th Dec. I don't hold out much hope for any of my order to be honoured. I ordered early in the morning on the day of the glitch so am pretty gutted that others who seem to have ordered later have had theirs delivered especially as my order was pretty tiny compared to some.

Sorry to all those waiting for the port sets, you are probably going to be diasppointed.

ETA: Sorry I realise I sound like a total misery guts, I was just so excited about being able to give people something a bit nicer this year and got my hopes up as so many were being honoured, so am extra gutted about things being cancelled. Sigh.
