M&S price glitch: 75% off alcohol gifts!

My order has been dispatched for delivery on 14th and my other order for reduced mulled wine will be delivered on the 11th - just hope someone is in here as both will need signing for as booze orders.

If Its home delivery network then they are pretty good for trying again if people are out.

My small order has been split into two lots and both were loaded on the van at 14.59 tonight. I think that means they should arrive tomorrow, on the day they have always said was my estimated delivery date.

Mine are both with HDN.

OMG - and I thought mine was bad!!
Least I know I still, technically have another 5 (:rolleyes:) days to recieve despatched note.
I keep telling myself Im gonna stop checking my account then I come on here and wanna check it !!

My order is due to be delivered 11th Dec and has changed to despatching soon on the website (hopefully a good sign - who can tell! :rolleyes:)

My last M&S order (which I received a few days ago) still says despatching soon on the website and recieved an email today to say that they had dispatched it!?

I've had this before and they don't always seem to send a despatch email

Both orders arrived early; Friday & Today…Estimated delivery date of 8th December.

First order complete, Second order missing the mini Port & mint selection.

Telephoned M&S who apologised and said “no problem we will get another set despatched as quickly as we can.” She then apologised & said she would have to refund the money as item is now OOS.

She advised me to ring again in a few days to re-order the set!

Not sure if that means they are expecting more stock or just something they say to make you feel better about not getting an item you were expecting?

Very happy with order, lots of Christmas presents sorted & extra sets sold to friends at work for the price I paid so a very good glitch.
