I checked my order which was supposedly to be delivered on the 10th. The order has disappeared from my account history and when i enter the order number it came up ' this order has been cancelled'. Bit miffed that they didn't even have the curtesy to send me an email telling me my order had been cancelled. It was only a small one as well - 4 port sets which I even paid for delivery on.

Yes im the 14th too and im still waiting for mine to change status from 'items not despatched' I keep asking it why but it dont answer me .
Still, I have high hopes as others are getting thiers and some things are coming back into stock!!

I have sent them a stroppy email saying that i thought that cancelling my order without having the decency to tell me is shocking customer service and I will wait to see what they say.

My order has been delivered:j:j:j was due on the 8th.

3 festive fizz
2 port and mint
1 after dinner selection.

I am going to give one of the port and mint sets to my sis because shee had them cancelled off her order. She is now just getting 2 festive fizz for £5.70, which considering the bargains some people got is a bit naff.

just had mine cancelled too ..rest of the order is still showing 'yet to be despatched'..won't hold my breathe. Annoying that there is no logic to their processing
