My orders came and the beer set was smashed. There was glass everywhere.

I did 2 orders but only small orders, the 1st has just arrived 3 whiskey sets all intact and a day early but the other order is not suppose to be delievered until the 14th have been checking on a very regulary and am worried that the stuff will be out of stock by the time it is supposed to be dispatched. How many others are still waiting for the 14th to change in status. Would really love this order as it would be a great help for xmas presents money is really tight this year and this really would be a good help to me. Thanks to the op xxx

Such a shame that some orders were smashed. Mine was also packed very well, individually in loads of bubble wrap but the box on the beer set was ripped. Much better than it being smashed everywhere though!

Obviously delighted to get and big thanks to the OP but I can't help think M&S were happy to get rid of a lot of the stuff. The Festive fizz was never worth a fiver in a million years and has a Best Before date of Feb 2010 and the Beer sets have a date Mar 2010.

OK well i called M&S to complain about the broken bottles, as glass was everywhere. And they are sending me a new beer gift set, are giving me £5 credit in account, and I got my delivery charges refunded :j

So pleased I called them now to compain. But broken glass was just not on so dangerous.

I'm still waiting for my expecetd delivery 8th to change in status.
I ordered almost as soon as this thread went up & well before 2am, but it seems rooted to the spot..nothing changed at all. I'm still able to cancel everything. *sigh*

There's nothing on my order which hasn't been received by others already but I'm becoming concerned there will be no stock left soon.

Anyway, at least glad the OP got theirs.
