even though i stated my full postal address in the notes section of my order, when my package finally arrived today, i noticed all DHL had to go on was the first line of my address!!! i noticed my phone number was on a sticker on the front of the box but that may have been from when i rang them yesterday to arrange redelivery. so maybe they dont have your postcode?
Im not sure dhl told me that their systems cant search by postcode only by tracking number or account number. Thay said it would be like looking for a needle in a hay stack?
Looking forward to new ventures

Can someone who has set up their hamster kingdom clarify whether the 2 hooks either side of the hamster holding it in the box are required for it to operate properly in the house and other accessories? My Chunk has come loose in the box and I am worried that he won't work properly without the 2 hooks. I had assumed that they were just packaging. Thanks.

I have set the house up completely but with no addons (wheel, slide, car etc). I have seen the hooks on the bottom work in conjunction with tracks in the house connecting tube. I don't know whether there are tracks in the other addons like just before it gets in the car etc.

This refers to John Lewis who show a pic of the ball but you don't get to choose - you either get ball, skateboard or surfboard

Or in my case, you get 3 hamsters. I ordered 3 playsets yesterday and went to pick them up today. I could see by the size of the plastic bag that something was wrong. I was right. I got 3 hamsters, even though my order said playsets. CS agreed it was playsets, but there was nothing they could do.

Just be warned. Hopefully, I might be the exception, but you never know.

i think someone else mentioned that their parcel had paid a few visits to various depots. i'm sure it'll turn up. if they want a package description, mine came in a brown box that was approx 60cm long, 45cm wide and about 12cm deep with a white a5 windowed envelope stuck to it that had the invoice in, showing my name and 1st line of address through the window.
    hope it turns up soon!
