o no all this John Lewis hamster instead of playsets is not good! I was told they would call me by 5! mmmm I wonder if that will happen ? I did not even get a refund!

Anyone recieved their TRU order from Fridays listing?? Mine was dispatched Sunday & should be here by today but isn't!!!

I would call the customer service department yourself! Did you keep the hamsters in your possession or leave them at the collection desk? As long as you have your order number ring them and let them have it!!!!

I left them there, o dear! I will give them till 5, I can only hope for the best! I wonder if they listed playsets instead of hamsters? maybe it was a complete error? Have not heard anyone that got playsets?

I ordered that date too but mine came on the monday night, just thinking its was a carrier & bed so no doubt its in a jiffy bag floating about RM somewhere

They were die to refund the lot as they classed it as a lost parcel. Will ask them to refund p+p as its not exactly been great service,
