i wonder if there is an account number on all of our parcels? I have my sticker here, maybe you could ask dhl if they could identify it using the details that are on the sticker somewhere? There might be an account number for courte ingles or something? I have translated my numbers nothing says account number but there are other weird numbers

Documentos (documents)
Oleada (wave) ???

Maybe one of these could be their account with dhl? Worth a shot, my bill says envio 10.00 maybe Envio bulto could be the one?

Really not good at languages, but one of these might help dhl locate something

To put your mind at rest mine did get here fine, and it was dhl in madrid that put the wrong detail on the barcode sticker, my full address is on the outside, so I wouldn't worry too much about the address being the problem as others had incomplete addresses on and got theirs. Mine may have spent a bit longer in the to and fro if I hadn't called dhl, but I think in time it would have worked its way through the system to me.

No i still have not got a reply. DHL just seem to think there is no way of tracking without a number. i have a 14 digit number on a email from them but I think this is there own order tracking number and when I put this in on the phone service it says it is not recognised. How many numbers long was your tracking number? Thanks for the help.
