Biscuit is rubbish. Bought it from JL last xmas and it was very poor. Good old jl though, they accepted my upset and gave a full refund.

Has anyone else had problems with tru order? I ordered online last Fri and havent received so emailed them. They replied stating it was sent out 28/11 with Royal Mail and if havent received they will replace or refund.
Have people been receiving tru orders ok?

omg omg omg i have just got a funhouse, a mr squigglea a car and garrage, a ball and a skateboard and sleepdome for 65 inc postage, from a woman on ebay, it was all her daughters for birthday but they didnt like it, so quiggles hasnt got a box and the funhouse has been played with but everything else is sealed, im over the moon going to order the spanish set now so bot my girls have a hammy and they can share the hous stuff and any other hammies will be a bonus. im not shamed to give my kids second hand stuff for christmas xxxxxx

I emailed today regarding my unreceived order which I placed last friday. I received a despatch note on 29/11..........reply back from TRU was that order was despatched on 2/12 so should receive in a couple of days (I'm not holding my breathe)

Having said that there are many people on here that have had orders refunded, I would contact TRU...............

My sister in law had her order refunded by TRU, she had to fight for it though as she initially got told to wait till monday.

I will be gutted if they refund and dont replace. So annoying sitting waiting for stock and finally getting through checkout to have it not turn up. Will have to start all over again (dont think my hair can take it!)

I wouldnt give my kids 2nd hand tat from a car boot but there is nothing wrong here. It's a steal and i bet it will be like new anyhoo. My OH buys designer type clothes from ebay 2nd hand. Never had problems and she gets £200 shoes for £30. :T
