Having seen that the UK/US set takes up a lot of space I would have thought that the spanish version would be more suitable for smaller spaces as it wouldn't take up as much room?

Or am I stating the blindingly obvious?

My spanish set (bought off ebay) has not arrived yet. But, I am confident that the spanish and uk stuff is interchangable. i plan to link my spanish halfhouse to my uk giant funhouse using my u turn (part of the uturn and skateboard add on). Or, if you have the sleepdome and tunnel add on you can clip the sleepdome straight onto one of the funhouse exit doors (this works, i have tried it) meaning you have a spare tunnel which you can use to connect uk house and spanish halfhouse together.

Remember they are half a house and carrier without a blanket, not the carrier & blanket that you get for £5 here. Also anyone planning on ebaying bits they may not want, they are not individually packaged which might affect the bid value when people are buying as a pressie.

Posting because people might be desperate and this still works out cheaper than ebay.

Is it just me, or is that slide not actually connected to the wheel? I have tired eyes but I thought one picture was just put in front of another?

Obvious but helpful all the same I am actually keeping spanish set for dd and passing my set to niece now, saving me money and also the space, realised my hammy obsession was more about what I like and not what dd needs put my sensible hat on and this is my final decision.

Sorrry, scrap what i said re sleepdome having a spare tunnel, it does not have one. But u turn (with skateboard add on) will work as a link between the uk and spanish sets.

Economics suggest that they would only manufacture all of these products from one site or if using more they would use the same casts as it would save money. Oh my god I am a geek

I would say that the hamster could go down the tunnel onto the wheel with the set up depicted.

Just my own personal opinion though!

You might be right. Sure that someone who has received the spanish set will be along in the morning to tell us....
