    Could be, Oldwiring..... I have been accepted for Southern Electric 'Careline' service for oap's and fragile people.Equigas or Equipower is not mentioned, altho the free services ARE specific.
    The guff and bills are Southern Electric, and I think EBICO is a revenue producing tariff much as Age Concern is an attraction with Powergen.
