Hi funny you should say that - I had a customer order it last campaign, said "to follow"....checked my invoice online (get my delivery tomorrow) and it still says "to follow"...I suppose I might get one of those letters in my boxes then? Seems bizarre, it was only launched a few campaigns ago!!! You could try to re-order it I suppose - but usually when something comes back in stock it should automatically come with your next delivery, even if that is a few campaigns later. I had a rep who placed a first order, then stopped doing avon as it wasn't for her. One of the items from her first order was "to follow"....so 2 campaigns after she had stopped (though she never got back in touch so officially her account was still open) avon random delivered it to her even though she hadn't ordered anything else. So it should come, if they eventually get any in stock that is.

Ugh my campaign 1 didn't go down very well.

Still, I have my territory sorted now with my ASM, I have 3 streets to cover. I've ordered several packs of books and I'm going to give one last push. If I don't get any customers (I had 2 streets before and only had 1 customer on each!!) I might give it all up.

i asked for a replacement ella ballerina music box as the one my customer received didnt work! sent it back...got my order...letter in there saying its completly sold out etc. great(!) customer was really disappointed

as long as the customers that have ordered from book 1 (regardless of which one you order from) still get their gamecards for every £10 they spent? otherwise your creative ordering is making them lose out which isnt fair. most customers probably dont even care about the comp but some might so you never know. just be careful not to screw them over x

hi i'm a new avon rep!!!

excited but a little confused, currently i have been purchasing only the current brochure, but campaigns 1, 2 and 3 are so close together iv found i had to cut down the time customers can keep them and feel so rushed.
i hear that other avon reps hand out brochures to customers ahead of the current campaign, which, wont this mean customers have to wait longer for their order? i really just dont understand how it works? can anybody advise, please!

Thanks for the tips! I just started Avon myself and got £380 order on my first campaign (18) which I was pretty pleased about. Finding this one a bit slower - only up to £100 so far) but I'm guessing that's due to the time of year and the shortened selling period. I'm really looking forward to getting stuck in, in the New Year though - have got 70 books for campaign 2 so I'm hoping for good results! I've heard a lot of good stories about avon - I think anything above a little bit of extra money comes with sales leadership though. Planning to start that with campaign 3 - working on a website already lol

I've made a right royal balls up!! I was meant to collect an order off a customer this morning and completely forgot. Submitted my order which is coming on 22nd and I am going on holiday on 23rd. I feel really bad and think I am prob gonna lose sleep over it tonight!! Have also lost a customer because sometimes I don't collect on the day I say I do. She was rather rude! Felt like saying I work 2 other jobs as well as this you know!!
I think I should grovel to the other customer who I forgot to collect off, she has my number and only lives a stone's throw away so I suppose she could have rung and asked where I was, I know she shouldn't have to, hence my guilt! If I get the order off her tomorrow and do an additional order, will it arrive with my other stuff? If it comes after that then there's no point as I'm not here and not back for nearly a month. x

well done on your first campaign merseyblue.

SL's aren't allowed to have their own websites anymore. I think there were problems in the past with SL's own websites, so Avon now provide the website if you are approved, and there is a page that you can modify for yourself, with your details, etc and you are allowed to use this to promote your business.

Lyndsey, can anyone take your delivery and deliver to your customer on your behalf? Any friends or family close by? Your SL or ASM? Another rep in the area? Additional orders may be sent out separately and not arrive in time.
