welcome to the thread.

I do this, it is called one stop shopping. When I give a customer their order I give them the next brochure, and sometimes the one after too even though the due date is not for a while. My customers know that the order isn't due for a while and they are ok with this. For those that paid monthly, it means they can budget for their order, or those on low income, put the money aside.

I gave out C2 to some of my customers when I delivered their order, one said she didn't want anything from it, so I told her I would give her C3. She is monthly paid and so if she does want anything, she will have a look but know she has longer to get the money together.

Whilst on the subject of 'free gifts', I've just found out that the vanity bag I won/earned by hitting all my targets has a dicky zip (sprained at both corners). Suppose it is useable but am dubious about putting stuff in it and not being able to get them out again - not good, particularly if in front of a customer! Any chance do you reckon I could get Avon to replace it?

Email customer service through the website and tell them the zip is faulty and if they could send you a replacement and you will send the other one back. They can fix it or bin it.

Hi Lolly, its basically a laptop bag - that sort of size, with some leaflets in and a hard copy of the e guide, pretty rubbish to be honest ohh and you also get a Sales Leader Badge, excitement! lol x

well after my negativity the other day I have got 2 more customers (up to 19 now!!) from my streets! admittedly one order was only for £3.25 but the other was for £14 so im still chuffed! Just hope when i do my big pick up this weekend there will be lots more!!

AArrrggghh Waiting for my delivery. Its usually here by 10ish at the latest. Where is it? I've got soooo much to do today. Bet they will blame the snow for the delay. Wondering if I should give Avon a call as online tracking just says it's prepared, usually it says its with the carrier.

my invoice this time is all over the place lol...one customer ordered 40 quids worth of stuff that she didnt pay for so i requested returns then she pays me lol..so ive been credited for those ive also been credited for a teleconnect that im sending back but they hadnt invoiced it to me yet anyway lol plus ive now had this 25 quid added and ive ordered lots of stock for myself for a party im gonna do...so im actually paying them 5 quid more than my customers have ordered and thats not even with the rechjarges i will get next time lol.
so my next statement will be more to pay out of my pocket too IYSWIM
ive messed it up good and proper this time lol.
