Well done to everyone. Some great amounts being posted. I still want to be included for next year if that is ok, although this year I broke into my tin for a short summer break & have only been saving sporadically since then. I am hoping to get a sealed tin for next year's attempt though to stop me cashing in early like I did this year.

Hi everyone. Congrats on all the totals they are brilliant, I can't believe some of you are into 4 figures!! Welcome to all the new savers - it seems counting up persuades others to try to save a little too. Fabulous incentive.

My final total is £230 I'm dead impressed with myself as the target was £150 and I thought I'd struggle with that. also have £280 in my £2 pot so for the year - which was actually from about Mayish - the grand total is £510. Wow. What a lot of money! I've already spent some and some is in the bank but I'm dead happy.

Thanks particulary to Sue and sparky for keeping us all in check, I'm looking forward very much to the next years savings. On that note Sue can I up my target please to £300, I'm planning to spend it on a holiday in March, a meal again like this year, and the rest to bump up my ISA a little

Evening all,

It seems as though I have a number on the Sealed Pot challenge, but no Sealed Pot so I must have had good intentions but not done anything with them

I have bravely munched through a 2 litre tub of ice cream and washed the tub out and wrapped it in Christmas paper, so I am ready to go for 2011 anyway, if you'll still have me
