I just had a quick count of cash saved so far and it is £112 I was originally saving for a Pontins holiday in May 2011 since Pontins has gone to the wall I have yet to decide a new target ? Can I continue into 2011 or would I need to start again. Thanks

Of course you can continue Viv, no one needs to rejoin. PLEASE though could you kindly pop your Number on your signature for me? Go to "User CP" under the word "Important" above left, click on it, then look on the left side for "Edit Signature". Click on that and you're away!

We have been going to pontins for years, but deciced to try haven this year, and it was fab, really enjoyed it. i felt it was more up to date if you know what i mean

do you know last night around midnight I could have sworn I heard a voice shouting -

pick up your pot, empty carefully, now take a deep breathe and count slowly and accurately. All I want now is name, number and amount that was in the pot....

Managed to get around to it this afternoon and had a lovely surprise of - £597 :T all bagged ready for the bank when I can get out. Have put the loose change back into the tin to start off for the next years challenge.
Really pleased with this amount as it more than double what was expecting. Wondering whats in my £2 coin tin now going to count that Jan 1st I think ( maybe depending on length and depth of hang over)!!!!

Some great results so far and no doubt lots more to come yet.

Don't worry, no one needs to be 'put in' the challenge again, Helen it just continues on....can you see me doing that LOT every year!!! :eek: Keep jogging your DH, bless him, it's so good when they volunteer their cash. Mine never used to...but he's getting more used to the words "STOP! Empty your pockets before taking another step!" or summat like that.:D

Hubby and daughter have finally counted up and double checked for me now!

The final total is £ 2994.72

I'm totally over the moon!

Ready to start all over again, although a lot of the free bingo/scratchcard and bonus offers are drying up now so I don't think it will be anything like as good next year!!!!
