  • Hi all - a bit new to this, so I was just wondering, do you all keep track of how much money you are putting into your pot or so you just leave it so its a surprise next year?
I am only going to put £1 coins into my terramundi and I think it holds about £400 which would be lovely for next christmas :xmassmile

  • £1.95 for this week in my pot not as much as I hoped but only 5p off my ideal weekly deposit! So it's not too bad, I definitely think I can get to £100 by opening time next year.
    Thank you competition posters!

Have a great weekend, sparky. Never been to Shropshire yet, but our lad and his wife love it.

MissOptimistic, as scuba says, most of us like the surprise at the end of the time, but I know a few do keep a count. It's entirely up to you what you want to do; maunly though, just enjoy the saving! Whatever you do though, just don't smash that pot next year!!! :naughty:

    Well done Kerry.

Decluttering, that is GOOD so be chuffed with yourself!

    Nowt for me. :(

Have a lovely weekend everyone and enjoy yourselves. :)

BTW, we open the pots on the 1st December and

we start again on the 2nd December!

Sue x Anyone else wishing to join - it's NEVER too late. So, just say the word and you're in for next year too! :xmassmile

Morning Sue, I've opened my 'work' tin already, I wanted to get a head start on banking my change since I now live nowhere near a branch of my bank, course after I opened it and tipped it on the floor I realised I've no idea where my money bags are, so I've a pile of coins in the middle of my bedroom....whats the betting I spend most of tomorrow collecting them up after kicking them around when I first wake up in the morning.
