I got my dispatch email yesterday. I had ordered on Wednesday.

My free gifts were the feet hugs and the reed diffuser...really pleased!! :T

You will only get a dispatch email not a confirmation email....I think thye are running about 3-4 days between order and dispatch.

I'm trying to make a 2nd order for my OH. Keeps on emptying my basket whenever I try to checkout for some reason...

Keeps rejecting my card but used it fine yesterday and there is plenty of funds in there! Any ideas why it would do this?

I did an order this mornign and it worked fine....I'm wondering if your first order (for the lady who's doing her second) has to be processed and dispatched first before you can make a second order?

Hi Guys,

I managed to put through a second order for my OH... I think I had two windows up for the body shop which is why I was having problems. I basically closed down all my windows, cleared my cookies and started again. After I did that I managed to checkout just fine.

However, OH wanted me to buy Body Shop goodies for all the women in his family, and wanted a few body butters, so I decided to split the 2nd order into two (as the glitch worked out to be better for me if I did that). But when I went to put the 3rd order through (God that makes me sound so greedy ) my card was declined (just as with Princesskel). I thought maybe my bank thought I had spent too much on my card over the past few days... (spent a fortune on pressies), but maybe its something to do with Body Shop themselves.

Did you see my earlier posts about exactly the same thing? Even a new account in OH's name didn't work.

Card companies have confirmed it is Body Shop's doing.

Thanks, but I have cleared my cookies - so many times I am doing it first thing this morning on automatic pilot.
I am not desperate for the cranberry stuff from Quidco, but since I cannot get the 30% code to work for love nor money, I thought I might as well get something extra.

Whatever code I put in, BS says it has applied/accepted, but all it seems to do is ADD delivery charges on.
It shows 30% discount in the bottom box along with 3 for 2 etc, but the most discount it gives is about 50p !!!

Maybe if I try the £5 code this morning I might have more luck..... I will let you know;)
