hmm money has been going out of my account for every declined i have got! bit worrying as i cannot remeber how many times this has happned, may go overdrawn at this rate

OMG
At last - taken me about 24 hours of constantly trying different options, but
AT LONG LAST IT WORKED !!!!!!!!

The only explanation I have is the 30% only works when I got all my 3 for 2 items from the Christmas gift list - NOT the eye make-up sets on Deal of the day
When I put the eye sets in the basket, I got the foot warmer things free, but the discounts didn't work properly - unless the 30% only works on the xmas items only.

Also, putting the Love your body card in the basket did not give the advertised 10%, if I used any other code - free butter or 30%, dispite the LYB card discount not needing a code putting in....iyswim ?

I am sure people have posted about getting the eye sets, plus other discounts, but after trying hundreds of permutations, the only thing that got the 30% was not to inc the eye-sets;)

Phew, glad it's not just me !! Although just wondering - if all my orders (declined (x3) and accepted (x2)) turn up, does anyone know if it's free returns ??

Wierdly I got confirmation mine is being sent a few days ago, but the money is not taken from account or earmarked?

I do hope they sort this for you quickly, that is a lot of cash. For some reason they can take the £ in an instant yet it can take ten days to refund, crossing fingers for you that you get a good result with them in the morning.

the orders are there, but are all declined. wierd that they can decline but take ya money anyway! lost about £140 so will have to ring them tomorrow.

It still wont let me log into the site despite clicking on forgot password it comes up saying `sorry this email address is not on our member records`

I only use the one email and i registered and placed an order, so why wont it let me log in

My quidco is showing as tracked do you think the order will still go through??? If the order gets declined does quidco update immediately and decline too????

I have never shopped online with body shop so made an account to order some xmas presents and it said my card was declined , yet when i checked my online banking it showing the amount pending to leave my account! Iv sent an email and will call them tomorrow

Wel I have checked and have over £100 reseved/pending/taken from my account even though my orders were all declined!! This is ridiculous! All I want to do is make an order and now I have been left out of pocket and have nothing to show for it! How long do you think it will take to get my money back because I really need it? Don't want to try again in case it takes the money again but really want the order!
