The firs time I went to order it told me it hadnt gone through so I did another order - slightly changed a couple of bits - then later thought actually yknow I really like the look of those boots - think I will make another order - got all the way through but it wouldnt let me check out - investigation showed me it had in fact taken the first order - making that my third order and no matter what I did - it just wouldnt work

Just a note for those of you who were worried because they didnt get a confirmation email. I didnt get one either, but this morning I got a despatch email and it looks like all my order is on its way, including the brush set and the feet hugs which were both free.
So I have 7 lovely things on the way which only cost £3.88 each, or even less when you take off the £4 I'm getting from Topcashback.

the 1st order I put through yesterday got declined and when I tried again it went through no problem. I wanted to place a second order and cannot get it to accept my payment. I have tried 3 different cards (all with funds available), different stuff in my basket, I have even got my partner to sign up under a different name and it is still not working. The body shop helpline has been shut since noon yesterday. Anyone any advice or ideas???

I have just tried again - note it SAYS 30%, but a £28.87 shop should get a discount of over £8 if it is 30%, this is about 5% ????

I have now got the free delivery showing - but only because I deliberately spent over £15, not because of the code.

p.s whilst deleting the items from my basket, I cleared the hand cream, total spend now £24, still says 30% discount - but discount = 0 ???!!!!!:eek:

Same thing here-Its so annoying- i have given up now. I rang yesterday to tell them and they weren't very sympathetic. They are missing out on sales because of their payment system blocking payments!!!

£7.97 is exactly 30% of £26.55 - so what am I doing wrong ??

Would you pm me the exact code you used please....I cannot think what on earth is the matter - it says it accepts the code, SAYS 30%, but gives me nothing so I don't think I can have put the code in wrong, but I don't know what else to try
Thanks for all the replies guys, I want the foot warmer thing for 2 elderly relatives - that plus some alcohol should help them through the winter:p
