  • Just read your post so forgive me if it has already been answered.

You will only get the discount on items that have not already been reduced. I can see that you had 2 deals of the day, which are reduced already to £6.00 therefore thats £12 which you will get no further discount on.

This may also apply to the Hemp as it was on offer 1/2 price.

So you would get the 30% discount applied to the remaining full price items.

    Hope this helps

I have just tried again - note it SAYS 30%, but a £28.87 shop should get a discount of over £8 if it is 30%, this is about 5% ????

I have now got the free delivery showing - but only because I deliberately spent over £15, not because of the code.

    Completely befuddled
Now back to clearing cookies !!

p.s whilst deleting the items from my basket, I cleared the hand cream, total spend now £24, still says 30% discount - but discount = 0 ???!!!!!

  • Apologies if this has been mentioned elsewhere on the thread, but I haven't seen it. It appears that the Nutmeg and Vanilla lip balms are going through as a 3 for 2 as well, even though they aren't on the 3 for 2 Christmas selection.

I placed my first order on Thursday morning and got my despatch email last night.

If the amount is only pending then they haven't taken it, it will just have been reserved for them if the order had gone through, and it should reappear back on your account in a couple of days. The only problem will be if you are near your limit.

I've rung my bank, and there's definitely no block on my card, so my 15 rejected orders are definitely down to body shop. My 2 successful orders have been sent now so i'll be ringing them tomorrow to complain.

Will you please let us know how you get on? Be interesting to see if we're al given the same reason.

I've had 2 orders despatched this week. The first one I ordered on Sunday night and had a despatch email on Wednesday at 8.30pm. The second one was ordered early Wednesday afternoon, and the despatch email came at 10.30pm on Friday night.

I just did a second order today, got 4 candles in red glass, one red body wrap and one pait of red huggy boots for £22 with free delivery.

I'm amazed they haven't plugged this glitch yet!

Maybe they know, but are happy to get rid of their surplus christmas stock, rather than wait until the january sales?

Its strange, I have always picked bits and pieces up for christmas through the year to save money, but actually this year far and away my best bargains have been in the past couple of weeks.
