can anyone help

I filled my basket - entered a code - looked as if ti ahd been accepted it no error message but total stayed the same - so tried to delete basket and restart - even logged out and back in again - the box where you put the discount code has gone - completely fallen into oblivion - can anyone find my box !!???? pwease?

I see whats happened it has given me free delivery and five pounds off - no matter what I do I cant change it - think I will leave it but thanks anyhow

I had this earlier. I had to clear my cookies (well, hunted down the Body Shop one). I was then able to enter the correct code I wanted to use.

How do you do that please......I still cant find my mystery order..... frantically trying to go through my history to find the order page
