Errr handbags at dawn eh:rolleyes:! If you check the previous posts, others have placed orders AFTER me and already received theirs. You've obviously not bothered to read this thread from the start .................... As I've already mentioned, the £6 delivery fee is acceptable for super-quick and secure delivery but THEY'VE not stuck their own promise of delivery within 1-3 days. I'm gathering that your order is for Xmas, unless of course you intend to use it yourself beforehand :rotfl::eek:, therefore of course you're not too bothered about the quick arrival. However, I do intend to use this item upon delivery whenever that may be:rolleyes:....................

I sent them an email today, I ordered on the 2 nd and today I received the dispatch email... i am not happy. i thought i would received the bags today.... the postage price is ridiculous, i pay that for next day delivery with any other company !
I also orderered quite early so they could have send the items the same day !

Fair enough, the postage charges are quite high admittedly - I'm just saying that I'd probably not be "furious" until after rather longer than what amounts to three working days.

At the end of the day, mistakes do happen from time to time.

And I look quite fetching with a handbag, I'll have you know. But not a "manbag".

Same here husband ordered a bag for me on the 1st and I've still got the Ready to Dispatch next to it

She ordered the day AFTER me and has ALREADY received her Despatch message and she's not happy either so there you are:p. So just to re-interate - she ordered a whole day AFTER me and has already received her Despatch message whereas I'm STILL waiting to receive mine, I haven't heard ANYTHING from them since placing my order - understand now? Has anyone who hasnt got their bags phoned the company as to find out whats happening?

Sometimes when there are a lots of orders at the same time mistakes can happen their end. Doesnt help people who havent had their order i know

I know some of you have a problem with the postage cost but i actually thought it was reasonable. I ordered 2 bags and they were so well wrapped with layers of tissue and industrial bubble wrap. They do use a next day delivery service so i am sure the cost of that with the amount of packaging they use is £6. I know they seem slow to despatch on a few of your orders.

There is no excuse tho if they arent answering emails etc. They might be so busy with orders which may be the case if they arent use to a lot of orders in a small space of time.
