    There may be a lot of reasons why you don't have your bag, maybe they were low on stock of that particular one and rather than cancel your order decided to wait for new stock. They are probably extremely busy with these sale items, and with their normal xmas orders.

    I dont think that the postage costs was particularly high, when you take account of the amount of packaging, and the value of the items. At this time of year delivery timescales are notoriously fluid, so chill out and try not to be so nasty to other posters.

    To be fair, she's obviously taken what I've said the wrong way - I was simply suggesting that getting so obviously angry and frustrated over the (hardly critical) situation isn't really very productive either for the good of your health or in terms of resolving the situation.

    When dealing with customer service departments, far better to remain calm and friendly - they're then more inclined to go out of their way to help you reach your desired outcome.

    Still, I guess this (not so) CuteKitten character represents a sad reflection of today's society where everything must be consumed with the utmost immediacy otherwise those responsible MUST DIE!!!!! (:mad:).

    Seemed obvious to me how you meant it, and she had no need to go for the jugular as she did. Her OP was very OTT, we are talking about a handbag here for goodness sake, not an article which can alter your life, unless you choose to let it.

    The number of "mad" icons used seemed to suggest the OP had a blood pressure issue looming.:rotfl:

    i am vry frustrated too !!... sent an email and waiting reply.. if they don't send the handbags tomorrow i will ring to cancel the order... ...
    I ordered the Coco oversized shopper bag... it does not say out of stock...

    And just like that I receive an email saying the order has been shipped, now to wait until Christmas morning to receive it yay xx

    I just recieved an email to say that my 2nd bag (Coco Oversized Shooper) had been shipped - and I ordered it on Saturday 5th Dec- (the day I recievd my Ella bag).

    So they are still despatching them

    Well I ordered two bags and a watch last Tuesday (1st) and received two emails last Wednesday saying they have been dispatched - one for the two bags and the other for the watch.

    Well I received the two bags on Thursday but they watch hasn't turned up yet.

    Well they have taken the money and have not answered my emails yet - will be doing a Mastercard cashback if I get no joy.

    A bit of a cowboy company with a customer service line that closes at 5pm:mad:

    If they havent taken any money why would you do a chargeback :confused:
