Quite a few companies do close their customer service lines at 5pm, its not unreasonable really. You could try emailing them? They might have customer service online that stays open later. My email came well after 5pm.

I'm not 100% sure but I'd hazzard a guess that they ran out of the tote bag and that's why some orders aren't completed at the moment.

I ordered a purse and the clutch bag- the tote's were out of stock (not shown) when I bought mine. I bought mine Saturday and it's been dispatched today.

it is not fair , we have not received even an email saying is out of stock....it is silly how many people already received their orders and others who place theirs before, are here still waiting.

Yeah I got mine too, and tbh the packing wasnt that great. a bit of bubblewrap, so call me a grinch but Im a bit ticked off about the postage amount still. If it had arrived in the time specified then fine but im not impressed. i know, im a grinch.
