One of the links that holds the shoulder strap is a teeny bit dented but livable with.

Is it necessary to be such a meanie. Pardon me for being honest, I dont see anything wrong with being pedantic if one didnt get the service that one paid for.

BUT you did get the service you paid for. The bags were packaged and posted with a 48 or 24 hour delivery service. I think it is 24 hours service as we all seem to have received bags the day after despatch email. That is what the £6 was for.

What you are actually not happy about is that they didnt despatch your bags quicker. That is not included in the £6

It does state on their website they aim to despatch within 3 working days then its another 2 working days for delivery. So that is a week from order to delivery which i believe the deliverys have been under a week.

We brought beautiful bags for a really good price i am well chuffed with the price and service. Even if i had waited 2 weeks i would of been pleased

OK hang on, I am getting confused, when I ordered it stated 1-3 days for delivery which is fair enough for £5.99 but it took longer, ordered early on the 1st Dec so I thought it should have arrived on the 4th, not the 8th. Am I missing something here? It is quite possible that I have missed something, bad day at work, so I am genuinely asking, so at least in future I wont impatiently expect stuff before it should arrive.

Ok, ignore me, Ive just found that bit about 'aim' on the website. Clearly I need to check the FAQs far more carefully in future.

If it makes you all feel better, I only got mine today as well, so it is obviously a problem at their end. I don't mind, so long as it came for xmas then thats fine by me. sorry for anyone who took up the offer and haven't got theirs yet.

Ohw Moosetastic it was a great offer, well spotted, I shouldnt be so moany and grinchy and I must remember in future to look at T&Cs and all that first. Now that Ive read them, I would go back again + thier customer services were very helpful. Hope you liked your bags
