I got the Ophelia bowling bag and the Ophelia black large Tote. Both are scrummy.

Did you get a despatch email or anything? Mine are just showing as being ready for despatch when I log in.

You're not alone Rotherham Lass, I'm getting the same as you when I log in. I'm desperate for my bag too:eek:! To those who've received your bags, did they send them via Royal Mail or a courier please?

I'm the same! I emailed them this morning as it's been 4 days since I ordered and they haven't gotten back to me! If it doesn't arrive on Monday they're going to be getting an angry email demanding a refund for the ridiculous £6 delivery charge.

i ordered on wednesday and still waiting.. no dispatch email either. if it doesnt arrive on monday i will write an angry email too... £6 for postage is a bit ridiculous for the long wait !

For your info, I placed my order on 1/12 and received an email confirmation, despatch email on 3/12 and my bag arrived today by RM. That said, postie has 6 parcels some of which had been posted as early as 27/11. So, there is time yet.

Good plan Morocha and Roxy, I'll do the same too if you don't mind, they may take more notice if they get at least three stropy E-Mails on Monday:mad:! You've both raised a very good point there re: the £6 Postage fee. I don't mind paying extra for a super-speedy and secure delivery, but this is taking the !!!!!! :mad:. Let's keep each other informed of how we get on shall we?
