me too.ordered tuesday and they arrived yesterday morning.hopefully the others that ordered on the 1st and 2nd will turn up on monday.

I didnt get a reply to my first email, grrrr. Only just got my despatch notice this morning, not good enough. I've sent them another angry email about their service, requesting that they refund my delivery charge as they have not provided the 1-3 day service that was paid for. They better reply this time!

How did everyone else get on? Did the items arrive?

my order hasnt arrived yet , although had an email friday stating that my order has been shipped , so long as it arrives before xmas i am not moaning , considering i have bought these bags for at least £200 below retail , the couriers must be extremeley busy this time of the year

Received them this morning. Got a dispatch email on the 4th.

Totally stunning bargains of the year. 2 x RI2K bags reduced from £165 each to £30 each.

I'm fuming:mad::mad: as I STILL haven't received my bag:mad::mad: and their stupid system STILL says 'Ready To Despatch', which is clearly a lie considering I ordered my bag way back on the 1st Dec.:mad::mad: I've just E-Mailed them, I'm so cross about this, especially with the high £6 postage fee and hearing that others have either already received their orders or have at least received despatch messages - to me this is a careless and unprofessional company:mad::mad:.

the three bags i ordered were just delivered , by courier , ophelia large charm tote ,lyla oversized clutch and the ella tote , all wrapped up with loads of bubblewrap and the bags in tissue paper a few quids worth of packaging i reckon , they all look fine to me ....... hope they are approved by the missus when she sees them , they do look expensive , the big bag especially as is of soft leather , thanks again to original poster
