Daily Chat Tuesday 1st December - no chocolate before breakfast

Good morning all! :D

Now own up - who's opened the first window on the advent calendar and ate the chocolate already?

Been awake since 3am so decided to start some paperwork.
Ordered Hotel Chocolat selection box.

    Morning Bookie

I don't have an advent calendar so no choccy for me......well unless I were to pinch DD's :D

DD1 has an inset day today, DD2 is having a whinge about life in general and both cats are acting as though they've got fleas up their bum!

    Don't you just love mornings!

We have a traditional advent calendar like I used to get sent by my Oma every year. Not a choccie in sight. Just beautiful artwork.

I came on to get my fly list but I appear to have done most of it already this morning:confused::A:confused::eek:

If I knew what it was I'd bottle it and sell it.

I was saying to Snaggs last night that since I came off the anti Ds I have much more energy (and my libido is back:D). In fact I almost feel like when I first started taking them IYSWIM:confused:

Haven't told doc yet though - oops naughty:o

  • I didn't know that you had stopped taking them Luc. I hope you did it gradually.

DD2 has just arrived with at least 3 loads of washing for me to do.
Good excuse to keep the heating on though.

err -nope - kind of happened by accident:o

When I was at Mums in October I had thought I was going for a week so only took enough for that week with me. When I decided to stay longer so me and Hubbles could go to London for our anniversary I forgot to get him to bring more so went pretty much a week without. And then I kind of forgot about them as I'd got out of the habit of taking them... Apart from a weird full body head rush type sensation for a couple of days I didn't detect any side effects and a month and a bit later I seem to be better in myself than I was when on them, at least the last few weeks on them:confused:

  • As long as you're ok.

I was as bad. Couldn't get into docs to discuss weaning myself off them so I threw a paddy and didn't get any more. Stopped that day. Few years ago now.
