Nigella absolutely does my head in. I tried reading one of her books once and just found it angered me. I kept thinking "come on woman, get to the point" I found that particular book annoying as there were no clearly laid out recipes, and you had to read her jumble to find the ingredients.
I also find her quite aggravating on TV, she really grates on me. The same way Jamie grates on people I suppose and others.:oA little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men

Was it me or did her cumberland sauce look runny or is it supposed to be runny..lol. I must confess it's not a sauce I have actually thought about.Mortgage Free as of 20.9.17Declutter challenge 2023, 2024 🏅 🏅⭐️⭐️

I really enjoyed it! The only issue I had is she didn't say how much of the ingredients went in, I know you can look up the recipe after but I like to have a vague idea when I'm watching.
Delia is hilarious, she's fab though :beer:0 -
We all enjoyed the Delia Christmas Programme last night and didn't analyse it too much, just enjoyed it for what it was. I was not a fan of the 'How to Cheat' series or book until my friend had some lovely chocolate cake and told me it was the recipe from the Cheat's book. I went out and bought it for £6.00. I won't be buying the new Delia Christmas Book, I have the original one I use for a few staples at Christmas. I am planning on making the Nigella 'Scarlet Speckled Loaf Cake' this afternoon, as I bought the Nigella's Christmas book last year and love it!!A minute at the till, a lifetime on the bill.
Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels.

I enjoyed the programme. It wasn't anything like the Cheat series, just some proper cooking.0
