He's toned down the loser comments a bit lately, but he still won't admit when he's wrong, won't apologise when he is wrong.
The bullish opposite of GD you mean then.(sorry Graham but you must admit you never admit you are ever wrong;))

I think some ought to look at their own actions before moaning about Hamish's posts.
That would involve staying on topic

There is a lot of resentment that I have been right. And the bears fear and desperation is blatantly obvious.
On a positive note though, this resentment has finally shown their true colours.
They hope for unemployment. They are dissapointed when unemployment is not as bad as forecast.
They wish for "bloodbaths".
And in so doing, they have destroyed what little credibility they had left to any neutral observer.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.”

I couldn't confirm or deny that, what I suspect it is is partly not wanting to call a particular fellow HCPer out for what he/she really is and partly now wanting to agree with youThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. If you wish for a house price crash, then you are also wishing for the recession, unemployment, reposession and misery that comes with it.
Nobody..... and I mean nobody..... can have seen what we just went through and not realised that one cannot happen without the other.
Whereas rising prices happen best in times of economic prosperity, good employment, rising wages, economic growth and prosperity.
Which is what the bulls wish for.
Thats because you're trying to skip the first rungs on the ladder.
Buy a flat. Build equity. Meet a nice girl that also bought a flat. Sell your flats for a nice big deposit. Buy a house.
Thats the way it works.
And the reason i should buy a flat is because house prices are too high?
I dont want to live in a flat.0 -

Nor do I..just sensible prices.
*Mind you, my sensible is another persons dear or yet another persons cheap! We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
