From someone who wishes for more to be priced out so that house prices rise, I find the line "pot, kettle, black" isn't quite fulfilling the description.

Indeed.
They stopped all the prolific bulls from posting new threads, and put all posts on moderator pre-approval. Unsurprisingly, that takes hours or even days to happen, making debate in real time completely impossible. Not to mention when the uber-bear mods don't like you posting about rising prices, they just don't approve the post.
Pointless to post under those restrictions.
