I have just read this thread from start to finish and I have to say, its inspiring! :D

We have another baby on the way so things will probably get a little tight come the new year, and of course Christmas just around the corner.

I have told Dh about this thread and we are going to make a real effort to reduce our food bill. We currently spend around £80 a week for 4 of us - 2 adults and a 6 and 4 y.o. I would like to see that significantly less and now from this thread I can see how it can be done.

Thanks for posting this, Mbaz, and congratulations on completing your challenge!!!! :D
  • well done!

I shall stop working after xmas when I have the baby & loosing the food budget entirely, so this thread shall be my bible!
