hi, how do i return an item? do i take it to the till or somewhere else?
I bought the glyco peel for a friend who has already bought one and does not need another and i was hoping i could return it.Also i recieved the geisha box,would i have to return this aswell?(and i do not have the reciept!)
any advice appreciated!:beer:

Also please wish me luck I have to take my digital camera back to boots today and I cant find the receipt. Customer Services have said I can have an exchange without the receipt so I hope I don't get a jobsworth SA!!

You take it to the till - they only give an exchange without the receipt - I've got away without returning the free gift before - I guess it depends on the SA.

In my boots they have these white collection suade bags with a big blusher brush inside and mirror all reduced to £1.00. NORMALLY £12.00 FAO ANGELA AND MCCALISTER 1 THEY ARE BY THE BENEFITS COUNTER

I was informed that the gift is given as a gift so you do not have to return this when returning other items - if that makes sence.
