Today i noticed there was a sign in the middle of the rimmel
makeup counter, saying "infinite colour lipstick free with any other rimmel product" so took 2 rimmel sun shimmer wipes and the lipsticks to counter, they didnt scan as free, but because of the wording on sign, they had to honour it.
so for £2.78 i had £16 worth of products
I took my friend in a different boots today,to see if i could find the offer again for her,it was still on, so she bought 3 wipes and had 3 lipsticks free:j still doesnt go straight in though,got to be done manualy.

you have to buy the double suntan wipes 1.99 or the lasting nailpolish at 2.49 still a good offer even at 2.49 as lipstick is nearly 7 quid

i have had 2 bad experiences with returning products to Boots and it is worth it to complain. on the first occasion i got £20 back. I have had nothing back from the 2nd complaint and am still waiting for CS to get back to me. i phoned immediately after the experience and named the SA and what happened as she would not adhere to the returns policy and i had the receipts. i have wrote a letter to CS asking what is happening regarding my complaint. the cheeky SA queried how i had £175 on my AC. i was furious to say the least. next day i went to a bigger and better branch of Boots and used the whole lot up. i have never used this card again and CS should see that they have lost a loyal customer. i must admit i have not gone into Boots for nearly a fortnight because I am so annoyed at how i was treated, and also because there does not seem to be many good offers on at the minute.

Is the rimmel offer working automatically with anything? I went in yesterday and picked one up with vinyl stars lip gloss and the assistant had to overide it, at first she thought i had picked up the wrong one as i had Infinite colour crystals and then she got another one which she thought was right and both wouldnt scan so becarefull and check.
