Looks like they may have sussed this one out. It happened with the Soltan wipe glitch where you could get a large tube of tanning face cream. The till stopped accepting the voucher and then the sales assistants had lots of reasons why you shouldn't get something valued £5/£6 free when just purchasing a wipe. They seem to be getting on to things much quicker - I think they have spies on this site and others like it. You can't blame them tho but it's not much fun for us!

Same as traceya 89. I went into the Durham Boots, same thing happened to me. The boots voucher didn't scan at all, so official type person put them on manually. When I queried the 200 points she said it was per transaction and not each lot of eye drops. So unless the voucher scans the same will happen to others. Look out for free minature med collection voucher too along with free pack of cod liver oil (30) capsules

Sorry was referring to this quote.

I got a Tassimo coffee maker and a Morphy richards panini maker with my points. Look very posh in my kithchen and as the other OP said its a great feeling when I look at them and know that they were free ( plus I have the cleanest hands with all my EI handwashes I use) .
Its great when people see them and think Im all sophisticated and loaded, He heee thanks Mr Boots and of course to all you Boots tartets- I definately recommended saving your points up for a Big item.

Not sure how "new" this is in reality but went into boots today and the assistant said they were launching a new Health Club today. I signed up and received a huggies change bag with a few goodies inside (tissues, book, nappies). the assistant said I would receive info pack through the post including a Free Eye test voucher - great! hope it arrives!:j

It does look as if the health club is relatively new. I was asked to join up in the store the other day.
The Boots website has a section about the club, and you can join on line. There are six options that you have to choose three of (like women's health, stopping smoking etc) and it says they will mail you a special pack within four weeks. The pack contains, it says, some vouchers among other things.

Me too. Maybe Loneyleo joined two clubs and made a mistake saying this bag was from health club?

Just a thought where you can spend this coupon:
Boots.com shows, that No7 Naturally Sunkissed Body Moisturiser is on special offer now (was £8.50, now £4.25).
In this month Boots magazine there is a voucher for 200 advantage card points "when you buy any product from No7 sunless tanning range", valid till 05/07/06.

    So, £4.25 - £5.00 = 0, + 200 AC points :j It means, Boots will pay you £2 for taking it away :T Not bad :p

Edited: sorry, remembered that £5 off coupon is for "colour cosmetics" :( But maybe worth to try? Someone reported that coupon worked for Millie&ruby brushes, brush is not a cosmetics, especially coloured cosmetics :D
  • I thought it was only on colour cosmetics though....so this wouldnt actually work, would it? Or when they say on colour cosmetics, does it actually mean anything from the No7 range? I got this voucher yesterday but I dont really have much use for it if it can only be used on colour cosmetics!

Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Name Dropper I've been Money Tipped!
For anyone who can get to the Bath store yesterday they had about 20 odd bottles of trevor sorbie shampoos reduced to about £2.24. Not sure if the 3-4-2 offer is still on but if it is you know what to do :D

I aloso got a freebie as well a miniature from the med range. Thank you that goes in my gift box ;)
