I now have just over £100 in points on my card. My DH has about £23 on his (he doesn't actually know he has a card, but that's on a need to know basis....).
I would like to buy a digital camera which is reduced to £120. Can I use both cards in one transaction, as I know I can't use points and cash together? Could even take DH along too if needed! Or is there any other way of doing it, such as transferring points from one to the other?0 -

Sadly no, you can only use one card per transaction.0 -
Sorry to say that the 'glich' you have highlighted with the Boots eye drops has been well and truely sorted. !!!
Not only would they not take 2 vouchers for the 2 lots of eyedrops, the till would not even accept ONE voucher !! The points for ONE voucher had to be manually added on by the sa after lengthy discussions involving half the sales staff on the floor !! I clearly had the correct items, but it was all they could do to even give me the one lot of points:mad:0 -

Can anyone help me out with a Boots.com query please? Last week I bought some items from the website which entitled me to 3200 advantage points, but have since received an e-mail to say the main item I bought is out of stock - do you know if I will still receive the points or will they be cancelled?0

hi, whats the minimum spend to recieve the no7 voucher, is it £10 like always?
cheers0 -
Yes it is £10. I just missed out on one on Saturday, I had bought items over the tenner, but that included the free wipes and the free med mini, so it only came to £9
. The SA didn't offer a voucher and I didn't ask!

and that's not all. I have now had three lots of SAs refuse to put the 200 points for Sunless Tanning on when I buy the wipe (£1.50) - even the saturday girl. And, some vouchers I was sent thro the post didnt go on when I used them on saturday - 10% off Boots own meds and 10% off Smile toothpaste etc. Bought correct items, no discount. Rang customer service today and the girl asked me to post the receipts to them in Nottingham. Woss goin' on? No more Mr Nice Guy, obviously.Ellie
