1) Machine wouldn't print out voucher - so after trying a couple of times sa opened up machine - paper all concertinad together. None of voucher legible.
2) By now machine wouldn't even show offer to me - presume you are only allowed to print off so many - so no voucher.
But sa said she would sort it out for me at the till,
3)But store had no CLO - 30 tablets in stock anyway !!!
Yesterday went back specially. First checked the shelves - have got the tablets in stock:T
4) went to ac machine - and no offer shown on CLO !! Don't know if this was for everyone, or it remembers I supposedly had some vouchers a few days earlier.:mad:Nevermind the dog, beware of the kids!0 -
Boots Meadowhall - loads of jewellery reduced to clear when I went in on friday. I got a very pretty little necklace for 70p down from £7.50!! Will have a look on my dinner hour tomorrow at what they have left as I'll stock up my Xmas box!
Also, I finally saved enough points for my Hugo Boss Purple perfume, and got a free bag with it - I had a choice of loads of different branded bags from some cheap-looking Armani ones to some lovely expensive-looking ones! I chose a Cacharel bag which is white with red, pink and brown bird patterns on it, which has a very sturdy leather strap/handle... if I didn't love it so much could probably ebay it as there are three or four on there selling for £10+!!0 -

I spent £77 online on Friday and got £25 worth of points due to the code and triple points over the weekend. I also got £5 cashback through Quidco.:beer:Nevermind the dog, beware of the kids!0 -

Yet more evidence today of Boots not being able to tell their ar*e from their elbow
. Downstairs in Boots Bluewater I took sunless tanning voucher for 200points plus sunless tanning wipe to till. No points went on receipt (surprise, surprise). SA picked it up straight away "oh, the points havent gone on" to colleague "look, it hasnt taken the points - I've read the voucher through and it says any item, it doesnt state a minimum price". Colleague - "you'll have to put them on then". Much apologies to me for the trouble caused.
Upstairs at Boots, on the pharmacy counter (yes, you think you're safe there dont you?) handed over another 200 point coupon plus wipe to boot-faced SA (d'geddit, BOOTfaced, lol). No points went on receipt. B-F SA :"No, I didnt think you'd get them for THAT". Oh, I said innocently, it does say ANY item. B-F SA: "Yes, but that's not a proper item, it's just a SAMPLE"
I refrained from argument. I'll just take my receipt back on a saturday to one o' they nice saturday assistants :rotfl:Ellie
