I used to have to pay 1/4 of my wage over for housekeeping when I lived at home."Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0

Not that - I worry how little you seem to eat considering how much training you do. Of course I don't get the full picture but 1 granola bar all morning isn't much, regardless of the calorie count.
I eat big portions and lots of carbs but I do try to stay away from processed foods as much as possible
Currently am scoffing around 1800-2500 calories a day - which does leave me in a deficit (especially on long run days), but I am trying to lose about 5kgs - which should take me down to 130 lbs (I am quite heavy for a small girl because its all muscle ).
I have a really important race in Jan that I am getting to RW (race weight) for but obviously I will stuff face and drink lots over xmas so the more I can lose before then the better really, dont own scales either so just get weighed every 3 months at the docs - am currently BMI 22ish so perfectly healthy.

nah my sis is a midget
I'm 5 6 so medium height
Dont worry I know it can look weird from the outside - especially as I look very light, and I dont eat much between meals but I know a lot about bad dieting from living with an anorexic sis for a very long time - I never want to be that thin or unhealthy!
Fueling running is also a lot easier than it should be because your body becomes adapted to it so over time it takes less calories to fuel the same workload - the body is very clever like that0 -
Oppps killed the chat sorry0

If you take into account the utilites they will use and food if you cook their meals, and laundry (unless they do it themselves) i think if you take £350 for housekeeping, that's cheap!! Think about it - full board and bills......Cats don't have owners - they have staff!!DFW Long Hauler Supporter No 1500 -

Hi Pap. Having had a dog that pulled like a train, I would seriously advise against a retractable lead. All it means is that he can get up speed and when the lead 'runs out' it pulls the arm out of your socket. Believe me, it's sore. It also doesn't help with the recall. The cord part of the lead also snapped once as she pulled right to the end of it and it was terrifying as she was quite young and her recall was....shall we say....selective :rotfl:.
Have you considered a Halti harness (I'm rubbish with links, but you can google). This was a godsend with our lab and stopped the pulling immediately.
Hope you don't think I'm sticking my nose in, but would hate for you to get one and then discover what we discovered.YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)
really....it's not hard to understand :T0 -
Awww, I had a lab from being about 5 years old to just before I left home. She was gorgeous, but selective is not the word. :rotfl:
She was an angel with kids though, my little sister (who was born just after we got the dog - not intentional - the dog was planned, the sister wasn't!) used to climb all over her. She once trod on the dog's ear, and it was clearly painful, but the dog didn't so much as growl at her."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
