Oh Gem, at least you are ok, even if the car is a write off. Was the accident another persons fault?

Yeah, they went up the back of me :(

I'm mostly okay, could have been a lot worse

Got stuff to do today so really need to get going - need to do washing up - sadly there's quite a bit and revise for my exam on thursday and can't remember what else I need to do - hmmmm.

Oh and has everyone seen Martin's blog? It's very funny. Apparently Martin and Lara woke up to find out that they were expecting a child (thanks to the lovely papers). Must have been quite a shock .

I'm good at drawing up plans and budgets, not quite so good at the execution though...

Sorry to hear about your accident Gemmzie. Glad to hear you are okay and hope the insurance gets sorted quickly.

Becky your eating habits do worry me a little...

Not that - I worry how little you seem to eat considering how much training you do. Of course I don't get the full picture but 1 granola bar all morning isn't much, regardless of the calorie count.

They are in that they tend to be unrefined but a lot of seeds/nuts/grains and that they are often bound with honey/syrup means they tend to be high in calories...
