Just had 2 firms come and quote me for my house move which maybe taking place next Friday:eek::eek:. Still havent exchanged yet but are very nearly there- it's agonising and one was for £500 and the other was £750:eek:
And guess which one doesnt have a van for the 11th? Yes the cheaper one:rotfl:Think I may be phoning other firms (have phoned 8 but only 2 wanted to do visits, the rest charge by the hour) . It has just hit me that I have the rest of the house to pack up by next week and 2 sets of books to mark, cards to write, a days worth of cover work to write out due to doing Language orals penpen! it's just as stressful doing them as actually taking them! Mine are only mocks though.
Oh and I had to look in the shed with one of the men and it is a sty!:mad: Guess what DH is doing the whole of this weekend!

My supervisor is coming to visit me in a bit to see how I'm doing and what work can do to help me....don't think its a "check up on me" call, think its more about keeping me in the loop and ensuring I don't feel isolated when I return.
9pm tonight is great with me. Will also be thinking about you in the morning Lady-L - lots of love to you x
Off to do a bit more.
