sexymouse that is a lovely dress, when you've got a lovely slim figure you should show it off.
    greenbee thanks you
toots it probably should be congratulations, she is really nice, just it's odd. My Mam just text to say she is visiting this evening, wonder if it's because she has heard Dad is engaged.
vanilla is it worth calling audiology & getting more ordered, they can be a spare if they do turn up

I haven't left for DPs club as DS2 was up at 2am poorly, unsure if it was a bug or too much junk at party. I'm going to see how he goes, he's had some toast & juice to see if that stays in. I think it's just been the party as he seems ok now, maybe I am a mean Mam not allowing him to have junk all the time... Got cards to write & several lists to do. Think I will get dressed now, make a start on kitchen, need to leave by 11am if we're going as AGM starts at 11.30am.
One day I might be more organised...........

    Morning all

Mudders I completely forgot to congratulate your DS in my own excitement :o so well done to him :T

We have all slept well, no alarms set and no church as the service is joint with another (which we don't usually go to) so a nice lazy morning so far.

Toots sorry to hear the day turned out much as you expected but at least it is over. Just sad to hear your nephew was poorly on the journey, hope he recovers quickly. Hope church goes well for you this morning, no nodding of during the sermon :p

Not a lot planned here today other than getting W organised to sleep over at Mum and Dad's while Miss A and I go to see Quo :D Need to have a look at and start homework, it has to be in on Wednesday. I need to try and sort through presents and see what gaps I have but it might have to wait until the SWs are absorbed in something else or not here.

Suppose I should get in the shower and then get on.

vanilla~~ hope you find hearing aids for your child, where did they last take them out? have they put them down in the bathroom, bedroom, under the duvet, got caught up in clothes in the washing bin etc?

I am going to retube mine today, I hate doing it, I AM capable to doing it, it takes me ages, the hospital do them in about 0.3 of a nano second!, I feel such a fraud booking an appointment for them to do it, plus the 40 mile round trip to Stoke Manderville hospital to have it done.

    Morning lovelies!

((((((((hugsallround)))))) are called for methinks. It's such a stressy, busy time of year if only we could take a 5 min step back to recharge on some other planet preferably, away from everything and everyone lol

Not long got up  mind you in my defence I was awake from approx 1 - 4.45 last night thanks to hormonal insomnia  so I feel like a sack of spuds today, and littleys not too well so not quite sure what to do. Once the caffeine has kicked in I should have a better idea.

The fairy lights on the kitchen window keep peeling off, littley made me put them up cause I don't normally and this is exactly why.

    SM love the dress :T

    Morning all

What a difference an hour or two makes. This morning it was raining so hard footie was cancelled and now there is not a cloud in the bright blue sky.

DH has started putting the outside lights up (AnW'sMum it made me think of your and the train lights xx)

I've decluttered some dead skin from various parts of my body, read and recylced the newspaper and put away most of yesterday's laundry.

    Toots
    - I'm so sorry the day did not go well but you all did your best - hugs

    Plan:

    [STRIKE]Drink cuppa
    load WM
go and get a christmas tree
    hoover living room
help DH put lights on outside tree[/STRIKE]

    Gardening this afternoon:
    [STRIKE]Finish planting tulips
get water butt planter one in place and planted[/STRIKE]
    plant five plants

    This evening:
    HHI

DS1 not that well, DS3 has a sore throat - his play at school is the next 3 days and he has one of the main parts so I want him well as he has worked so hard to learn his lines.

    :wave:Good morning all

So far I've caught up with 2 days of e-mails, sorted breakfast x2 and glared at DH, who has decided to be in one of his unreasonable moods again and has already gone out.

    Priorities for today:
    get DS2 washed and dressed
    make Christmas cake
find Christmas cards (or buy more) and start writing (Thanks toots/pigpen - I got the pm with the list.)
design Y7 assessment for tomorrow
    more washing
    put some clean washing away
    visit friend
wake/feed and bully DS1 to look after DS2 while I nip to shops (have vowed not to enter shops with DS2 until after Christmas)
    find something for tea
put washed baking trays etc away in kitchen
Sunday evening tasks (uniform, lunch etc)
    have a bath/shower

I don't think there'll be time for the remaining jobs in the kitchen, but I'll have a go if there is. Better make a move.

    Enjoy your Sunday, everyone.

 I've just knocked over one of the lamps and broke some of the shade on it and at the same time banged my ankle on the bottom of the display cabinet. Just because I was moving the settee. I think when piggers says hoover under furniture you can safely move I should decide that I can't safely move the settee!
