    Esqui, I can't find a receipt for the dishwasher but it is showing in my order history on line, will they accept this as proof of purchase? (for some reason I can't find out how I paid for it!! must have been a card but it's not showing in my transaction history!!!) does anyone know how much it costs roughly to get an engineer out to look at it and do a report? just weighing up if it's worth persuing as it's a crap machine anyway...

    It may do...but your best bet (if it's not on a card statement) is to get a copy of the receipt from your local store (they can find it easily on the database).
