Hmm, they are all under the same email, was hoping I might have had one from a personal account. Also, looking through the correspondance it actually took them a week to reply initially after I sent a reminder! And the engineer visited 5 times not 3. I must have blocked it all out!0

Thanks wicked_witch, I have sent a reminder e-mail today chasing it up, my poor teenage son is desperate for me to get it fixed as he's on dishes duty until it is!!! lol
I hope they don't try and give me the run around, I do actually spend quite a bit of money at Currys so would be well hacked off if they did.

I was concerned to learn of the difficulties that you are experiencing with your Kenwood KDW243A Dishwasher and apologise for the frustration and disappointment caused. We understand that products can develop a fault outside the guarantee period.
Please could you provide us with a copy of your purchase receipt and an independent engineer’s report, to assist our investigations. This report must state the nature of the fault, its probable cause, diagnostic procedures used and the total cost of the repair showing a breakdown of labour charges. If the Kenwood KDW243A dishwasher cannot be repaired, this must be stated. Please send the report to the following address:
