Hope everybody had a lovely Christmas.

Spent £8.31 on Christmas Eve and have had 3 NSDs since then! I was going to have a Mr A delivery tomorrow but I'm going to cancel it until Saturday because I reckon that as we are going away for New Year we can just about last. Really trying not to spend money now!
August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.

I hope everyone had a great Xmas. Our month doesn't end till thurs but I think I'm on track.I havn't really bought much over the last week as I stocked up at the beginning.I did do my Xmas eve whoopsie run to 4 supermarkets but there wasn't the reductions I was looking for so I was remarkably restrained for me.Helen will you change me to an annual spend of £5200.Thanks.See you all next year.:D

Evening all, Hope you all had a good xmas.
Did my mum's food shoppping for xmas on wednesday and managed to get a few things for us to be put away for new year.
Another £20ish had been added to our total which take us over total now stands at £167.70.
Our yearly total stands at £1826.12 which works out about £152 per month.

We wont declare for this month yet but we would like to go onto the annual budget list for 2010.

Helen could we be put onto the annual list please....Budget is £1850

    Thanks.

Hello everyone, i hope you had a lovely Christmas (I had..... I wasn't cooking!!! :j)

I haven't posted here for over a week because I haven't been shopping for over a week, which is truly fantastic. Today though, I spent £42.12 in MrW, which leaves me with £62.86 in the pot for December. Should be fine, provided I don't get caught in the headlights of all those post-Christmas discounts.....

    Declaring at £88.30 for December.

This is against a target of £100, so really pleased.

I haven't posted much this month as the idea was to live off the storecupboard. But I had so many meals pre-cooked from previous batch cooking sessions that I still haven't used much up & still have 20 individual meal portions in the freezer!

Have signed up for Frugal Living in 2010. And haven't worked out the budget yet. So will come back with the Jan budget when I have.

Can I join for January please? I did the GC a few months back and it was succesful, but I kinda fell by the wayside. But I seriously need to get back on track. I've been using up my store cupboard stuff so I'm starting 2010 a fresh.

Put me down for £125 for Jan. This is for just me, but includes food, toiletries etc.
My name is CherryPie and I'm addicted to grocery shopping!!

    Hi everyone,

I've booked MrT to deliver tomorrow as I have to go to work and won't be up to shopping when I get home. Delivery is just £2.50 for the next few days.

I've made a meal plan for the next three and a bit weeks, and have ordered everything I need, barring some fruit and veg. Total is showing at £107 but I have ordered several multibuys, so once I have the real total I'll update my sig.
