    We received an email confirming our order same day , advising despatch would be within 24 hrs. This was the 28th November.

    I seem to remember that if a shop has priced an item incoirrectly then they are under no obligation to sell to you. However, if they take payment at the incorrect price, then as far as the Law is concerned, the deal is done and the contract is complete. The shop cannot then undo the deal or ask for additional payment to the correct price.

    Am I correct here?
