I've just received this email, I had ordered the Desperate Housewives set.
"Thank you for your recent order for DVD(s)

If you would like to reorder your DVD(s) at the correct price please revisit our website or call us on 0844 822 0099."
I opened an account purely to order this, any ideas on how to cancel the account as I now have £500 credit I don't particularly need or want on my credit file.
ETA: Just checked and they have also taken the money for this from my bank account today. £28.95, although I had used the £15 off code it should have been £13.95. Should I just wait and see what happens or start complaining now? I'm new to all this bargain grabbing0 -
