Just been to Kays.com and they say its sold out. Maybe the allocation has been spent by all you lot, and the products have been sent? Otherwise, they would still come up as in stock?

i must say i'm seriously confused right now

today i called the bank and asked if money had been taken from my account from additions... it hasn't been taken but it's been earmarked, ok fair enough that's commonplace but i've not had any correspondence from them whatsoever so i checked my account online and now i'm even more confused!

when checking transactions history i get this:

the 'items you don't need to pay for now' is really odd, i already DID pay for them or at least they have that money so i can't actually use it in my account right now so for all intents and purposes i've paid for it. but wait, it gets stranger! when checking track order (then clicking view details) i get this:

I have just checked my additions account, and its still saying order accepted, and they have taken the £25.00 out of my bank, its showing on my online bank statement, so fingers crossed

hiya if it says not available then you wont be getting it, it happened to me the other week with a dress, the order went through and I paid and they gave me a date for when it was to be delivered, a few days later I forgot what date they said so went to check it and I had the not available after my item, so being confused I phoned them and they said, its because that at the time of ordering they were expecting more stock but then found out later that they couldnt get any, so they then put this on yr ac, the refund took about 3 days.

I had a call about my CSI box and the lady said that it was out of stock, etc but told me that my other two orders were supposedly going ahead, fingers crossed!
